In Tirana, representatives of IKKL met with two journalists: Mr. Mero Baze from Radio Free Europe and Mr. Rexhep Shahu from Radio Kukës. During this meeting, the protocol for the handover and acceptance of valuable archival materials for the work of the Institute was signed.
