Today in Tirana, a Memorandum of Understadning was signed between IKKL and ISKK-Institute of Studies on Crimes and Consequences of Communism. With this initiative, we pave the way for joint research projects and educational activities, thus strengthening the academic cooperation between Kosova and Albania.
Through this commitment, we aim to give voice to the historical truth and help preserve the collective memory, by responsibly documenting the crimes of the past.
