Information Technology Division

Mission
The Division for Information Technology is dedicated to providing technological support and efficient information management, thereby enhancing the functioning of ICCW and providing better services to officials and interested parties.

Responsibilities

• Implementing policies for IT and telecommunications support for ICCW officials;
• Organizing and creating functional and non-functional requirements for software system development, testing and usage, as well as maintaining documentation throughout the development cycle;
• Managing information technology and telecommunications projects;
• Preserving and protecting digital archives and other digital materials from damage and loss, using best security practices;
• Providing training for officials on the use of ICCW software and preparing guidance for them;
• Supporting last users and managing communication with them;
• Organizing the information system for security management and monitoring security incidents;
• Preparing reports for security audits and assisting officials in carrying out their tasks;
• Maintaining IT and telecommunications equipment and installing application and system software;
• Administering the domain and servers, as well as ensuring the functionality of the network infrastructure;
• Developing and maintaining the website and social media, as well as creating and managing the digital archiving system.
