Budget and Finance Division

Mission

The Division for Budget and Finance is dedicated to planning and executing the budget of ICCW, ensuring compliance with the law on public finance management and applicable legislation. Our mission is to support transparency and efficiency in the use of financial resources, contributing to the goals and objectives of ICCW

Accountability

• Coordinating the budget with other units;
• Preparing KASH as required;
• Drafting the annual project in accordance with planning documents;
• Formulating programs/subprograms in cooperation with the Budget Department;
• Managing commitments and payments, recording all transactions;
• Monitoring work with the Ministry of Finance and banking institutions;
• Managing revenues and donations;
• Preparing analyses and reports on budget expenditures.

Information

• The Division Leader reports to the Executive Director of ICCW, providing guidance and support in financial management. The team consists of four (4) employees, each dedicated to ensuring the efficiency of budgetary processes.
